All work is performed by or under the supervision of state-licensed personnel. Services are subject to availability, permitting requirements, and project-specific conditions.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by West Palm Beach Lanai Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the site visit and the scope of work as described by the client. Estimates are not final quotes unless confirmed in a signed written contract.

Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during construction, if material costs change before work begins, or if the client requests additions or modifications after the contract is signed. Any changes to the scope of work will be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work proceeds.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are estimates based on permit timelines, material availability, and scheduling at the time the contract is signed. We will communicate any significant changes to your scheduled start date as soon as they are known.

If you need to cancel a project after signing a contract, cancellation terms - including any deposit forfeiture or reimbursement for work already performed - will be governed by the terms stated in your written service agreement.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, permitting delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and keep you informed throughout the process.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in the written service agreement for each project. Typically, projects require a deposit at signing, progress payments at defined milestones, and a final payment upon project completion and client walkthrough.

Payments not received by their due dates may result in a pause of work until the balance is resolved. Accepted payment methods are described in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to assess reasonable late fees on overdue balances as permitted under Florida law.

6. Permits and Compliance

West Palm Beach Lanai Sunrooms & Patios will obtain all required building permits for contracted work as permitted by FL law and local building authorities. The client is responsible for providing accurate information about their property, including any HOA requirements or deed restrictions. Delays or additional costs arising from information the client failed to disclose are the responsibility of the client.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be stated in your written service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, alterations made by others, acts of God, or conditions beyond our control including but not limited to flooding, extreme weather events, or pest damage.
