The founders grew up in Palm Beach County and knew from experience that the heat, the humidity, and hurricane season demand something more than what most out-of-state contractors were delivering.
The business is rooted in West Palm Beach - the neighborhoods around Flamingo Park, El Cid, and the concrete-block ranches built in the 1950s and 1960s on the west side of the city. We have worked on historic Mediterranean Revival homes and brand-new builds near downtown. Every project teaches us something about this city and its homes.
Today we serve 12 communities across Palm Beach County, from Boca Raton in the south to Jupiter in the north. We are a small, focused team - not a franchise, not a national chain. Every estimate, every permit pull, and every final walkthrough involves someone who actually works here.
